Teaching is about discovering many stories.

I have met hundreds of curious children overflowing with ideas, in France and abroad.

And yet, some struggled to learn, to communicate with others, and ended up convincing themselves that they were "not up to it".

According to an OECD study, nearly 1 in 5 children do not achieve the minimum level of skills needed to function in today's societies .

And the gaps widen from kindergarten onwards.

To try to best support these children, I asked myself a lot of questions.

• Why are some people more successful than others?

• Is it a matter of genes, of luck?

• Or are there concrete solutions to help them?

So, with Clément , who comes from the entrepreneurial world, we looked for answers.

The most surprising thing is that one of the biggest keys is very simple: everyday interactions and experiences!

Children who often interact with those around them and have diverse experiences develop their autonomy and acquire essential skills.

They improve their language , attention , self -confidence , mental flexibility and many other skills.

These skills are important because they support their learning, their social relationships and all aspects of their lives.

We then decided to question everyday life and adapt these adult tools for children!

To combine safety with efficiency, and go even further: make them intuitive and educational.

This is how the range of smart tools and books was born: Les Genius.

To facilitate daily family sharing moments and thus allow children to develop valuable skills for their entire life.

For all the children I have met who have ever doubted themselves and their incredible abilities, we created Les Petits Architectes.

Because by supporting children in the small gestures of everyday life, we offer them much more than know-how.

They are given the keys to grow , flourish and succeed in everything they undertake .
